I assembled a new PC using parts I purchased secondhand and it started up normally. However, enabling XMP always triggers the Dram debug LED and results in an overclock failure message. Regarding Windows installation, I've attempted both Windows 10 and 11 but faced issues. When booting from a USB, the system freezes after a short period, displaying a frozen Windows logo with part of the MSI icon visible. Could you clarify these problems further? Thank you.

Check the processor and memory rates. It seems your CPU memory controller isn’t supporting the speed you’re aiming for.

performing XMP prior to installing Windows is the opposite of the correct approach. reset the CMOS and then install Windows as usual, keeping all hardware configurations unchanged.

Your processor is an i5-12400f and your RAM speed is DDR4 3600.

I cleared the CMOS and attempted to set up Windows, but the system remained unresponsive on that same display.
