I’ve created several units before and now want to build another. Everything proceeded without issues, but the PC isn’t showing BIOS info and none of the devices power on. It seems I might not have connected the 4-pin CPU in the correct slot, though the manual indicates a specific setup. I’ve booted without RAM and still didn’t hear any beep. Removed the battery, adjusted the AIO cooler placement, but nothing changed. Could you help? My current specs are: B650-plus with Wi-Fi 16GB total, Vengeance DDR5 memory for AMD 7800X3D, running RM1000e. I don’t have a graphics card yet and will attach a photo of the machine.

Insert the 4-pin connector first, verify everything is secure, then attempt a CPU remount. What do the boot indicators show?

Verify if any lights are off and fans aren't spinning. Inspect all cables to ensure proper placement.

Do you have the pump plugged into the pump header? Many boards won't start if the CPU fan or pump header isn't connected. Attach the radiator to the CPU fan. It seems the pump is currently linked to the cha fan header, possibly the pump header as well.

The documentation suggests using the fan supply connector in the AIO_PUMP slot. The wire from the CPU-mounted fan connector should go into the channel designated for fans.

I performed that action, and I can feel the pump moving the water. The fans are running at a standard pace, but the keyboard lights aren’t turning on and the monitor isn’t getting any input.

Are there any lights visible in the upper right corner upon activation? The initial startup could be quite slow, taking several minutes to reach the BIOS, while the board performs memory training. It might take around five minutes. If the system remains stuck on the DRAM indicator, allow it to rest for a short period.

There were no lights, no sounds—just silence. I kept it on for 15 minutes, but it didn’t change anything.

Replace one RAM stick into slot A2 (second from the CPU). Retry. If unsuccessful, swap with another stick. If still no success, remove the board from the case. The case might be damaged. It’s unlikely the CPU is faulty—usually the board will indicate the issue.
