The new PC is unable to restart.
I assembled a new PC and it doesn’t restart properly. It can power off and turn on again, but when I attempt to restart it, it shuts down completely and fails to come back. This issue occurred after installing Windows 11 with an Asus B550I Gaming motherboard. It might be related to using a PCIe riser for the GPU, or there could be a BIOS configuration problem—though the BIOS seems standard except for setting the PCIe slot to Gen3 and enabling RAM overclocking. It doesn’t seem connected to Windows itself, as it stops restarting even after exiting the BIOS.
I'm turning it off now. Did you make sure the front panel cables were connected correctly?
Consider updating the bios if needed. The issue might stem from a faulty PSU.
