I've just assembled a new computer and it's not booting up. The fans aren't spinning and nothing appears except a red indicator on the GPU. I verified all connections seem correct, the power supply is functioning properly (it worked on another machine), and the CPU installation was accurate. The case power switch is also operational. Since these components appear to be in good condition, it's unlikely any part is faulty. If you have suggestions or troubleshooting advice, please share.

- Ryzen 7900X
- Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4080
- ROG Strix B650-A
- 2x Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5
- Samsung 990 Pro 2TB M.2 SSD
- ROG Strix 850W power supply
- Corsair H150i Elite LCD
- Fractal Design Meshify 2 RGB

Did you test the GPU in the second slot? Would you like to try it on another PC or with a different GPU in that system?
