I recently assembled a new computer and the components include: AMD Ryzen 5800x Gigabyte RTX 4070 Windforce OC Gigabyte GP-UD850GM 850W 80 Plus Gold Modular Kingston Fury Beast 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX v2. The system functions adequately for everyday tasks, but during intense gaming it unexpectedly powers off and restarts after varying intervals—ranging from 15 minutes to two hours. Upon reviewing the Event Viewer, I found: 124 event related to a problem, with details such as parameter values, codes, timestamps, and more. The operating system version is 10.0.22631.2.0.0.256.48. I attempted to update BIOS, refresh AMD chipset drivers, verified RAM stability using MemTest86, monitored temperatures during games (never exceeding 75°C), swapped RAM slots, reinstalled Windows, disabled XMP profile, and ran Cinebench along with other tests, yet the issue remains tied specifically to gaming. Assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I’m quite confused. Note: I added minidump files for the shutdown events.
