This machine was assembled by CyberPower. Crashes only occur during Guild Wars 2. When running GW2, the CPU reaches around 70°C, sometimes up to 85°C on a secondary monitor. CPU load stays under 15%. GPU temperatures hit about 62°C at peak. I’m considering replacing the front-mounted 240AIO cooler with a top-mounted one, though that might not be feasible. The 32GB RAM gets warm during GW2, using roughly 30% of its capacity. I’ve been using it for three weeks or so and haven’t managed to fix the problem. All drivers are current, and except for overheating the CPU while playing GW2, there seems to be no clear cause for the crash.

Consider reapplying your CPU. It might be due to improper mounting or temperature issues even under light loads.

I've reworked the thermal paste application and performed some checks in Guild Wars 2. It only fails when playing that specific game, and it crashed during a restart. Just before the crash, the acpi thermal zone appeared in the system log. At that moment, the CPU was around 70% utilization, with one core possibly at 20-30% load while others stayed under 10%.
