I recently purchased a new computer and after assembling it, it continues to display a blue screen. After installing a bluescreen viewer, I noticed it was linked to a file named “ntoskrnl.exe”. When searching for solutions, it suggested performing a RAM scan. During the scan, my system reported hardware issues. Here are my specs: - Pro B650-P Wifi (MSI motherboard) - Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600MHz 2x16GB - RX 6950 XT - Ryzen 7 7600X The RAM appears to be incompatible with the system. If anyone has any advice or fixes, I’d really appreciate it. Note: In my BIOS, the RAM is showing 4800MHz instead of the 5600MHz listed on the box.

Adjust RAM to 5200MHz and test functionality, also attempt to reinstall it.

This occurred with me; I tried resetting the RAM to factory defaults and checked if it resolved the issue. If not, I planned a full Windows installation, ensuring a clean SSD wipe.

Thank you for your message. I attempted that, but it continues to crash.

Typically RAM is suspected, though having the dump files displayed in the BSOD guide at the start of the Troubleshooting forum would be helpful.

Reduce the RAM speed to a minimal rate and observe if the problem resolves. Execute MemTest86 to verify stability.
