I purchased two Sabrent Rocket 4 drives plus one 1TB SSD. One is experiencing problems while the other functions correctly. I installed the first in my Alienware 15R3 and booted into BIOS to confirm it was detected. After a Windows update, I returned to Windows but faced difficulties re-establishing access. Now I can boot back in and open Disk Manager; either the alert didn’t appear or I accidentally closed it. I’ve tried everything—rebooting, uninstalling via Device Manager, reinstalling, creating a space, and deleting it. The drive appears in BIOS, Device Manager, Intel Storage, Windows Storage Spaces, and Sabrent Control Panel, but not in Disk Manager or CrystalDiskInfo. Online searches led to a Dell forum thread about the second SSD, which suggested using Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics (no longer available from WD). Since then, my second drive works properly and is recognized by Windows. I’ve also tried reinstalling, changing storage settings, and searching extensively without success.
