Hello, I recently bought an ASRock X680E PG Lightning with new CPU and RAM as described. After putting everything in the case and running a quick test, it won’t finish booting. It seems to power on normally, showing the ASRock logo on the monitor but not progressing further or letting me enter BIOS. I pressed F2 and Del, but it just displays a blank page with a few characters at the top left. I’ve checked for updates from ASRock’s site and tried using their flashback feature, which showed a green light for a while before going out. I also cleared CMOS with and without the battery, but nothing changed. I booted with only one RAM stick and still had no improvement. I attempted to start without the GPU, relying on built-in graphics, but it didn’t help. I contacted ASRock support, but they haven’t responded yet. Thanks for any advice from the community while I wait.

System details:
CPU: R7 7800X3D
GPU: RX 7900XTX
RAM: GSkill Flare X5 DDR5-6000 (2x16)
Motherboard: ASRock X670E PG Lightning
Boot drive: Inland 1TB PCie Gen4 NVME M.2
Power supply: NZXT 1000W
Case: Hyte Y60

The issue seems to have been resolved unexpectedly. I initially suspected an OS problem, even though the system wouldn’t crash into BIOS. Despite that, I decided to test Pop!_OS anyway and prepared a bootable USB drive on my laptop. When I attempted to force it to open the boot menu with media present, it functioned correctly. Instead of launching Pop!, I exited and returned to Windows 10, which then worked. This behavior has remained consistent after the first restart. I’m still puzzled by why this happened.
