Chose to treat myself by assembling a high-end PC. Components include an i9-13900K ASRock Z790 TAICHI Intel LGA1700 EATX motherboard, four DDR5 EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 GT sticks from GIGABYTE, a GeForce RTX 4090 with 24GB GDDR6X, four CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB modules (two 16GB), PC RAM DDR5 7200 with PC5 at 57600, a 288-pin 32GB RAM module, and a WDS200T2X0E SSD. Installed everything. All four RAM modules are functioning, but the system boots with codes 00 C0 15 12 28 7F 19. If only RAM in B1/B2, it boots into BIOS single-channel. Updated BIOS to version 6.04. Still puzzled about the problem.
I've attempted to reinstall the CPU and adjusted the cooler's tightness (H150I Elite LCD).
That's when it's time to begin gathering and swapping components. I'd begin with the motherboard, as it's the most likely to fail, though the CPU could also be an issue.
This description refers to two kits containing two sticks each, but it’s not ideal since identical models can vary slightly. QVL applies only to one kit where all sticks are verified as the same batch. Despite testing both at once, inconsistencies remain.
It's highly unlikely you can boot with DDR5-7200 when all four DIMMs are full. If the system didn't start after trying A1 and A2 without B1 and B2, it probably indicates a hardware issue. The CPU might not be the problem, but it's still possible until confirmed otherwise.
