Thanks for the responses. The solution was adjusting the cooling block to ensure better contact with the CPU. I skipped removing the AMD mounting brackets. Thanks everyone. This is my first build from scratch and encountered an issue when powering on the PC. It shows a warning about CPU overheating and suggests checking if the cooler is securely attached. In BIOS, the CPU temperature starts at 90°C and rises to 102-108°C before shutting down. The Corsair LCD displays a water temperature of 26°C, and the pump seems to be functioning with liquid moving through the tubing. I removed the cooler, cleaned the thermal paste, and reapplied a pea-sized amount. Everything looks correctly seated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m going to list the plastic parts on the cool plate for your AIO, such as a peel or similar. I’ll leave out the thermal paste, note that the mounting pressure isn’t sufficient, and mention that the AIO pump is plugged into the wrong header. That’s all I can think of.
Remove the block completely and wipe it down to confirm no plastic remains. Verify you have the appropriate standoffs for proper mounting force. Reattach it and test functionality.
What about the radiator placement? Is it possible to install the heater with hoses down? Also, verify that the CPU has straight pins and is firmly seated.
