pc is not starting up properly. the cpu fan is running while the case fan is spinning only once. rgb lights and ram are active, but no screen shows anything. I removed all components except the aio and gpu outside the case. Taking out the CMOS battery helped keep the fans running after a second, though the display still works. I'm trying a BIOS flashback now, but I'm not optimistic. Anyone have any advice?

In the upper right corner, just beneath the screw mount, you'll find a sequence of four debug LEDs. During startup or when the system is unresponsive, they typically illuminate in a specific pattern—often blue or green—depending on the device's configuration.
Ensure none of the LEDs are active during boot. Verify you're using the correct LED configuration (point 19 in the diagram). If nothing lights up, confirm the motherboard receives power—check that the 24-pin connector is fully seated, possibly requiring force. If no LEDs respond at all, the board itself is likely faulty.
