Hi there, I just bought this great Chinese video card from Newegg. It's a RX 5600 from peladn (click here for the product page). I'm trying a cheaper brand because my current RX570 can't handle it. My issue is that when I connected the card to my PC, nothing came out. I updated the latest firmware for my motherboard, set all BIOS settings to auto, and even installed the drivers on Windows. Still nothing works. I took it to a repair shop, and they found out the problem was with my PC, not the card. I also tried reinstalling the drivers and ran Z-GPU, but it still shows the RAM as 0. Is this a motherboard compatibility issue? Do I have to replace my board? Anyone can help me with this? Thanks, Sani

Hey there, it seems like the motherboard or BIOS might be the issue. I’ve noticed similar problems with my B450-M Prime, and after installing a new 7700XT card, it stopped working while the old ones did fine.

Absolutely, someone can verify that. I'll reach out to ASUS support for confirmation.

Attempted to start with just two RAM modules instead of four. Memory controllers can behave unpredictably when using four sticks.

You've already attempted it, but it's not functioning yet.

This case update: The card has been returned. I chose not to repeat it this time. We can't be sure what caused the issue. Feel free to share your experience if you face the same problem!
