Found a 30 series for MSRP, so changed from an EVGA 2070 Super to a Zotac 3070 Ti. Set up GeForce Experience to install drives. After installation, played a game and noticed some issues—glitches and freezes. Occasionally the input freezes for 10-20 seconds, then resumes. This seems to happen every now and then. Read an article suggesting removing old GPU drivers might help. Checked Device Manager under display adapter and only saw the current 3070. Also observed screen edges are uneven—left side icons sit near the edge while right side appears farther away. I have 150% zoom enabled, but it didn’t work on the 2070.

You're encountering the same problems again. I also installed Zotac's management tool, but it opens and then stops right away.

I attempted to record the problems using OBS, but the screen display showed poor resolution and frequent stutters. It didn’t behave like the game did while recording, and I hadn’t experienced such issues with my 2070.

Update: After a week of remote testing, Zotac issued an RMA. They found the GPU to be defective and are arranging a replacement. It's a disappointment, but the support team did a good job.
