I received a gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master MB. The new CPU cooler arrived today. I sealed everything, hooked all the cables, but the in isn’t lighting up. The MB has two 5V headers. I connected to the upper fan chain, but nothing works. Tried the lower port too—still nothing. After switching to one port and plugging in a different device, it flashed blue once then stopped. I also tried using both ports together or in separate ones, but only when active at the same time. Any suggestions? Just wanted to let you know it’s supposed to light up but isn’t.
