Today I assembled my brother's PC, but it doesn't start up. Here are the details: specs listed below. MB: ASRock B550M Pro4 CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 with stock cooler GPU: XFX RX 6600 RAM: 2x8 GB DDR4 3200 Patriot SSD: Samsung 980 EVO 1TB PSU: 550W coolermaster 80+ bronze. We tried adding more RAM and a different CPU (Ryzen 3 3200G) that worked before, but nothing changed. Anyone can assist?

Activate the power source? Link the power supply to the wall outlet? Attach the monitor to the GPU rather than the motherboard? Plug the power supply into the CPU EPS, Motherboard 24-pin, or GPU PCIe 6/8 connectors? Are there any standby indicators on the motherboard when the system is inactive that suggest board power is present? Was the power switch placed in the case correctly? Have you attempted to toast bread using a toaster connected to the same outlet as the power supply?

In the bios file, also notice that the USB ports aren’t transmitting any current (the LED on my flash drive, mouse, and keyboard are all off). I’m almost certain the memory module is faulty because the CPU fan is running but no power is reaching it.

Start by resetting the system. Power off the computer and disconnect the power source. Remove the battery for 10 seconds, then reinsert it and power it back on. If issues persist, check RAM placement—ensure only one stick is in the second slot from left to right. If fans spin but GPU output remains absent, the problem may lie with the motherboard.
