So i recently build a pc for my editing and gaming purposes ... this is my specs link: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/k1HGs...Xf7xhxCM7D So i was playing far cry 4 and after 20 minutes my computer just restarts (rbg lights of cabinet turn off and on) and other times it just freezes(rgb lights in cabinet were working) and no keys were working so I had to force shut the pc ...this happened multiple time(every time I wanted to play game) ..i don't think my pc can't handle a far cry 4 btw I measured the fps it was giving me around 85 .. game was working fine ...i don't know what to do.my psu is antec neoeco 550watt. It Probably Can't Be 25°c??? Verify your OS isn't facing issues with certain commands. Open START MENU, Go To ADMINISTRATOR AND ENSURE INTERNET CONNECTION IS ACTIVE. Run The First Command To Inspect Essential System Files: SFC /SCANNOW. If It Shows Issues And Fixes Them, Restart PC And Confirm Problems Disappear. If They Remain, Check Event Log For Errors Around The Crash Time (They May Not Appear Immediately).
Thanks for your update... The temperatures I mentioned were 2-3 days ago, and I began the games today. They caused the PC to crash repeatedly. There was a pattern with the CPU fan making noise—after restarting, I checked the specs, the CPU temperature reached 70°C and continued dropping, while the GPU stayed around 45°C. Eventually, I shut down the system. I reviewed the event logs, fixed some issues (removed a folder for amd ryzrnmasterdriver, resolved a kernel power error), and started the game with Afterburner. ...these were the results. [Link to file]. The game didn’t crash completely, but the fan noise was noticeable. If crashes or freezes occur again, I’ll let you know. Appreciate your help!
The temperature is a bit too high. Have you adjusted your custom fan settings? Consider tightening the settings a little. Fan noise is typical when temperatures increase, as the fan spins faster to remove more heat. You're welcome—I'm here to assist however I can. Good luck!
