It's pleasant to notice many people purchasing it, though I don't really mind skins. I've been playing LoL since the beta and only spent about 5€. I have a couple or three online friends who complain about their PCs running slow, yet they pay a minimum of 2000€ for skins instead of upgrading. Also, some Dota2 skins are extremely expensive yet provide little value compared to this one.

Riot says the only time Ultimate skins will ever drop is at release, with a sale price of 1950RP. Pulse Fire Ezreal stands out at 1650RP due to delays.
