The New Built of Mine
The New Built of Mine
Hey everyone,
I completed two builds before they reached a mediocre level, and both turned out great. I got assistance on these platforms for both projects. This time I chose to upgrade to a more premium build than before.
Here are the details:
Graphics: MSI VGA GEFORCE RTX 4090 GAMING X TRIO 24G RTX4090 24GB GDDR6X 384B DX12 PCIE 4.0 X16 (3XDP 1XHDMI)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
Case: Corsair iCUE 7000X RGB
Ram: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5NR 32 GB 2 x 16 GB DDR5 6000 MHz
I purchased all these parts and wasn’t sure what to get next, especially with the motherboard confusing. Could you suggest something that would pair well with my main components?
Thanks ahead of time!
When selecting a motherboard, opt for a high-quality X670 with a thick PCB and a strong VRM featuring effective heat spreaders. Look for a well-reviewed 1000W+ PSU, referencing tier lists available online or on Linus' site. Consider cooling solutions—likely an AIO unless you're using full custom water cooling. Expect significant case ventilation. If your case already includes Corsair components, integrated fans with connectors and controllers should suit your needs well for both cooling and lighting. Make sure to verify compatibility thoroughly using the PC Parts Picker tool, which can flag potential issues. Good luck, this should be a great build!
