Check for bent pins carefully. Ensure the socket is clear and the arm was raised before placing the CPU, then closed securely. If nothing changes, it’s likely the CPU is faulty and you should return it for a replacement.

If it isn't the RAM, I'd doubt the motherboard. Usually, the post points to either the RAM or the motherboard.

CPU compatibility issue detected by the current BIOS... although it should be functional from version 0, the first release. Possibly the CPU or motherboard is faulty, or the EPS/24-pin power cord isn't correctly connected in either the board or the PSU.
