I acquired a used Arc A750 Sparkle Titan OC and am struggling to get a replacement part. With my current card, I can launch Windows and make adjustments. The arc powers on, fans spin, LEDs illuminate the motherboard with VGA labels, and both keyboard and mouse lights up. After a few minutes of operation, the arc LED changed from white to red when I pressed the power button. The CPU is 5600MHz, motherboard is MSI B550m Pro vdh-wifi, RAM is 2*8GB at 3200MHz, old GPU is AMD HD 6870, new GPU is Arc A750 Sparkle Titan OC, PSU is Corsair 650W. I've updated the BIOS (new version today), switched to UEFI boot, removed the motherboard from the case (thought HDMI might not be secure). I haven't used DDU or Intel drivers since downloading them, just to keep the old GPU functional without a replacement. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you confident the Arc functions correctly?

I'm not entirely confident; I purchased it from cex, who claims to test the products they offer.

I’ll withdraw it since it isn’t functioning properly. Their return policy applies to this.

It’s frustrating to admit it, but it seems you were taken advantage of. Having the seller provide evidence of its functionality beforehand would have helped avoid this issue.

I sent it back a few hours ago; it seems to be functioning now. I’m unsure what else I can adjust, so I’m requesting a refund. Thank you all for your assistance.
