Hello, I updated my PC in April and began observing a new issue. When downloading at maximum speed (70MB/s plus my 1Gbps plan), the network card appears to halt all traffic until I restart it. I've tried several fixes: installing the driver from the motherboard manufacturer's site, using Intel's official download, and even running Ubuntu on an external SSD without problems. On Windows, the software remains unresponsive regardless of speed settings. I changed IP and DNS settings, disabled power management, enabled Wake-on-LAN features, but nothing resolved it. The problem seems persistent. Could there be something missing? Thank you for your help.
