The navigation bar vanished from your Windows 7 setup.
Examine everything within the red box—it’s gone. I can’t move forward or backward, can’t locate the folder address, and can’t look up what occurred. I don’t see any menu option to restore it again.
I remember Windows 7 sometimes had a problem where the address bar vanished when you full-screened File Explorer (pressing F11). I’m sure if that was resolved later, your current issue might be different. When you press F11 on a folder and right-click at the top, look for an option to hide the address bar in the menu, or check under View if it’s not visible. Then press F11 again to close.
