Burnout Paradise is getting a fresh PC version with all the DLC, including Big surf... occasionally. For other options, Brick Rigs might be fun for laughs, and Milestone just dropped Gravel, a newer arcade racer. Evo Studios from CM is working on Onrush. Overall, there aren't many choices.

GTA V offers online racing with numerous stunt tracks and unique vehicles such as cars that transform into submarines, aerial gliders, etc. You can still enjoy the rest of the GTA V experience. The outbreak mode in Dirt 3 was quite enjoyable back then.
