I've observed that the Nahimic audio feature has ceased functioning within Google Chrome and Apex Legends. Despite reinstalling both Realtek and Nahimic several times, the issue persists. My hardware specifications are as follows: GPU- Nvidia RTX2080, CPU- Ryzen 5 2600x, RAM- 16 Gigabytes, Motherboard- MSI B450 Carbon Pro AC, and operating system- Windows10 Home v1903.
Revise your entry and incorporate a comprehensive breakdown of your computer's components and operating system. List all games you’ve played. Detail any recent hardware or software modifications you've made. Examine your Windows Update log to identify all updates installed right before Nahimic functionality ceased.

Indeed, the Nahimic audio enhancements function in some games, but not all. Specifically, it fails to operate correctly within Apex Legends and Splitgate Arena Warfare. My belief is that Nahimic’s capabilities are limited in titles utilizing EazyAntiCheat.
Regarding hardware, there have been no recent modifications to my system, and I recently installed a Windows update—the most current update concerned Windows Defender.
I’ve reached out to A-Volute Support, and they have determined that this problem isn't isolated to my machine.

A comprehensive list of applications where you experience this issue: Apex Legends, Splitgate, Chrome, LoL, Edge, ... We’ve also identified similar problems with Firefox on our end.
