The main issue seems to be resolved by adjusting the core clock to 4.7 and changing the voltage settings, but the problem persists with a black screen after resetting. If you restart or press the reboot button, it still shows the same issue. After waiting about 10 seconds, the MBO stops working completely. It might be a faulty MBO or an incorrect installation.

That’s one unbelievably old motherboard. My computer was built many years ago and even it has a z97. Does it even have ddr3? Might be ddr2. My cpu on my board runs at a 4.0ghz OC. You set an even older board to an even higher clock. It’s hard to burn a motherboard but it’s not impossible you did it.
