I'll also reset the CMOS. Plugging the JUSB1 and JUSB2 cables into the motherboard shouldn't be an issue, should it? Just checking because JUSB2 feels tricky to remove from the board.

I don't see why they would cause issues, but if it were me I'd remove it to be safe.

I took them out just in case and attempted once more, but it keeps flashing without stopping. Uncertain about next steps.
