The MSI motherboard is no longer available.
Check if there are any solutions to improve the situation. Your PC won’t power on despite fixing the PSU, RAM, cooler, and GPU. Since you don’t have a spare board, it might be the motherboard issue. Your friend on MSI Mortar has similar problems—could be a manufacturing defect or a faulty board. If you want alternatives, let me know and I can suggest another model.
What’s the issue? Tell me about the situation, whether it’s no power or no boot.
The CPU came from a different manufacturer than the motherboard you're using. The Ryzen Pro series, such as the 4650G, uses a secure locking mechanism built into the chip itself. This prevents bypassing it, making it difficult to use a CPU from another brand on a motherboard not designed for it. If this is the case, you'll need a board from the same company as the original installation.
So far you've already rearranged all the cables and parts, tested with minimal components. It seems like the board or CPU might be completely damaged. Have you removed both the CPU and the board to check for any physical issues like bent pins or burnt areas?
