You experimented with adjusting the Psu. Attempted re-seating all cables, then connected only the essential ones (using Igpu) for a 24-pin motherboard and an 8-pin CPU.

The CPU came from a different manufacturer than the motherboard you're using. The Ryzen Pro series, such as the 4650G, uses a secure locking mechanism built into the chip itself. This prevents bypassing it, making it difficult to use a CPU from another brand on a motherboard not designed for it. If this is the case, you'll need a board from the same company as the original installation.

I've been using it for roughly five months now, just received it new. It stopped working today after I tried some spare RAM and CPU cooler, but the PSU still won't power on—no lights, no fans. Edited February 23, 2023 by Jireh

So far you've already rearranged all the cables and parts, tested with minimal components. It seems like the board or CPU might be completely damaged. Have you removed both the CPU and the board to check for any physical issues like bent pins or burnt areas?

Have you made any changes prior to the system ceasing like a BIOS update or clearing CMOS? If the jumper remains in clear CMOS, the motherboard won't power on.
