so i would use that game that crashes your overclock to test a new setting. this helps ensure stability and gives you the best overall performance. just run the overclock in that game, use it as a benchmark, and consider it successful if everything else works well.
I'm not sure I fully understand what you're referring to. Could you clarify your question?
Well if Leagues is the game you're using during your overclock, then utilize that game to fine-tune your settings.
I can optimize my card under Heaven 4.0 quite well, but I might try another game or bench and it could cause instability.
So I adapt until nothing crashes due to the optimization on anything I run, making it the best daily OC for my card and saving it as Profile 1.
I also keep the highest overclock I can achieve under Profile 2, so when I want to display a high score, I switch to that profile and test the best possible results.
Currently, browsing the web shows my card running at its default speeds—no overclocking needed unless I specifically want it.
I already previously tried what you suggested. It seems like League of Legends just wont work with overclock settings. Here's what I'll do.I'll use the OC profile for other games, but I will use the stock settings for League of legends and anything else OC sensitive.
It sounds like a solid plan, as some OCs perform well on certain tasks but might struggle with others. You probably think that’s why they prefer using Afterburner—maybe to save up to five profile versions? Good luck!
Well ? you might want to try reinstalling the game again? If it crashes and the sound keeps looping, it could be related to the program. It seems like the issue is widespread in the community. You may need to check forums and see what others have reported and tried. Remember, League might be an older title and might not run well on modern hardware either. It could just depend on running the game with your card settings enabled all the time.
