I don't recognize those choices. The screenshot from the BIOS shows MSI_SnapShot.bmp.

You posted that your motherboard model is MS-7A66 (Z270I-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC), but your screenshot shows MS-B910 (B250 Gaming Nightblade 3). A B250 chipset will be limited to 2400MHz max. Now, why you can't see any of those settings is another question. From what I can tell, this is an MSI prebuilt, and it's possible the BIOS is locked down. Try hitting F7 to enter advanced mode and see if other options become available.
