Mouse loses connection often on Logitech G303. Lightspeed stops working unpredictably. Recent BIOS update and fresh OS install didn’t help. System freezes frequently, GPU usage drops to zero. Machine specs: Ryzen 9 3900X, KFA2 RTX 3090, 64GB RAM, Windows 11.

USB connection is connected to the rear IO port. Are there any other wireless devices nearby?

Back side of the rear IO panel on the Asus motherboard. A router is placed beside the receiver. I turned off Wi-Fi on the router, but it still disconnects. I also tried connecting it via cable, but it kept disconnecting.

Is the mouse still covered by its warranty? If yes, reach out to Logitech for a refund or exchange. Also look for Logitech G-Hub. I didn’t check at first, which caused my G502 HERO to disconnect. Using the G-Hub resolved the problem.

Hi guys. It's a brand new mouse. I had the G900 and G902 before. I fixed it by using the powered USB hub on my asus monitor instead. So far it hasn't disconnected.

You might fix the problem by resetting the lightspeed adapter. Follow the instructions in your user manual. Different devices may require various steps—like turning off the computer, unplugging the adapter, restarting, and then reconnecting. For a mouse, the process is likely similar but could vary slightly.
