I've checked all the usual settings and looked for solutions online, but nothing seems to help.

That’s Ghost Power or something similar—common and normal. Make sure you check the BIOS settings to adjust it.

Check the BIOS settings for power management options. If you can't locate them, consider resetting the system or consulting the manual for MSP430 B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard support.

Most motherboards include a USB power delivery feature when the computer is powered down. You can adjust this setting in the BIOS.

There is nothing available except a USB drive, but it’s disabled and doesn’t matter whether it’s on or off.

Check the Onboard Device settings in your BIOS. Browsing through your system's BIOS or manufacturer's documentation can also assist you. Searching online for the specific motherboard model may speed up the process.

In my ASUS BIOS it showed details like power delivery by 4 and 5, but I’m not sure what exactly it meant.
