I own an alienware pro gaming mouse. It functioned well for a short time after purchase, but now it only works with wired mode. When using the dongle, the cursor moves only when another button is pressed on the mouse. If no other buttons are pressed, it doesn’t move at all. I’ve updated the drivers and tested it on two different computers and a Mac, but the behavior remains consistent.

You haven't seen Alienware's peripheral software before. Would you like to check for available firmware updates?

The problem occurred the following day after installing the latest firmware. It was functioning properly the previous day using the identical driver.

Could the issue have been resolved by updating the firmware before restarting? There seems to be a problem with the firmware. Reach out to Alienware to check if they can revert to an earlier version.

No method exists to reach support. Selecting the mouse as the device limits choices to support articles or a contact number.
