I just bought a Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury mouse and set up the Logi G Hub with manual DPI adjustments. The polling rate is configured at 1000 Hz. However, playing games like PUBG on PC or Call of Duty Warzone causes noticeable lag in the mouse pointer. Rotating the mouse makes the action feel slower than the actual movement, increasing the delay and making it hard to play smoothly. I’m unsure why this happens. Someone mentioned uninstalling G Hub, but that would remove my manual DPI settings. Could you help fix these pointer delays? Games become unplayable with this setup.
I'm working with the MX150 GPU in my Vivobook laptop. The drivers are current, yet frame drops still occur because of the limited GPU power. Does this relate to the mouse or cursor at all? I'd like to know more about how it affects them.
Nvidia drivers may lead to mouse lag. The refresh rate of the screen can also play a role.
