Hello, I'm having problems with my Roccat Kone Air. It occasionally freezes unexpectedly. After updating the drivers and reinstalling the software, it still doesn't function properly. It seems like the cursor is stuck in place before releasing itself. Anyone have suggestions? Let me know if you need more details.

The system is now updated. I reinstalled the software and drivers, everything should work fine.

Is it using Bluetooth? Your wireless mouse does, while the wired one doesn't.

It is linked through Bluetooth, though a dongle that previously functioned well is now used instead
