Hey, I understand your situation. Your new PC has a modern GPU but the mouse keeps freezing and jumping between places. You've already tried reinstalling drivers and adjusting mouse settings, especially disabling Realtek drivers, but it hasn't worked. It would really help if someone could assist you. Thanks.

This likely points to a mouse issue.

I believe you addressed your query in the initial statement. If the mouse behaves similarly across both devices, it could indicate a malfunction. Alternatively, it might dislike the surface you attempt to use.

I didn't use a mouse at all; it worked with the trackpad, and I also tried a different mouse on the PC.

It seems you're experiencing the same issue across various devices and input methods. Try reducing sensitivity to see if it improves the situation.

I've already tried it before; it worked for a couple of days but then stopped helping and now it doesn't function properly even with different settings.

If you're using Windows 11, I'd suggest checking for driver problems and consider reverting to Windows 10. It's possible another device is competing for the IRQ while the pointing device is active—then a complete system reset might be necessary.

I'm still running Windows 10 on both systems.
