How much space is available on the SSD? What files are stored on the HDD?

Drives are fine-tuned and adjusted, achieving solid speeds on the crystal disk, just as with a brand new unit.
On the SSD I retain 90 GB free space, while the HDD offers 430 GB out of 1TB, leaving only the Steam game library, some outdated video card drivers (for potential rollback), backup folders for photos and screenshots, and nothing that could cause issues.
All drivers are installed on the SSD alongside the operating system.
Additional software I have added includes Steam, Discord, GeForce Experience, Ngenuity (mouse software), EA app, Winrar, Visual C++ runtimes, Java 8, Chrome, and my wireless PCIe card driver (which hasn’t caused any issues after testing without the network card).
Two months ago I considered upgrading to a M.2 SSD, but now that I’ve faced this issue, I ordered one. However, I’m uncertain if it will resolve the problem. [If it does, I’ll close this thread]

the task manager should be opened to identify which program is using resources during the freeze, possibly due to a background app checking or updating.

I didn't observe excessive resource usage when the cursor froze. No applications or services were running in the "not responding" stage. In the task manager, CPU and GPU never reached full capacity (idle CPU between 6-20% and GPU 0-3%) and RAM stayed below 25-35% during active use. SSDs and HDDs remained between 1 and 5%.

I performed some benchmarks on 3DMark, achieving good results, above average. For instance, in Fire Strike my score was 22,900 / 23,100 (second run) – with an average of 22,700 and a best of 25,008.

At least this isn't a CPU or GPU issue. No freezes occurred during the tests. Could it be related to RAM, motherboard, or power supply?

I haven't seen any blue screens or other errors for a long time, and there were no performance issues or crashes during the tests. The fewer possibilities I consider, the harder it becomes to find a solution. If swapping the SSD doesn't help, I'll try using Windows 11.

Updated No. 2
New SSD M.2 has been received and installed. The cursor issue remains, though it occurs less frequently now, possibly due to the operating system.

HyperX Ngenuity faces issues with and without the software, attempts to uninstall or install from the site instead of the Microsoft store, followed by a factory reset. I had no solutions. Clearing CMOS didn't help. Windows was reinstalled using the USB tool again and a new SSD was used, but nothing was installed and the problem persisted.
