Hello.
My Corsair Harpoon RGB wireless mouse cursor frequently jumps to the top left, during alt tabbing or unexpectedly, but not while playing. It's the most bothersome problem I've encountered. I've checked online and others have faced similar issues, though their solutions worked.
I tried the following:
●Updating Windows 1q1 from 23H4 to 24H4
●Removing mouse drivers via Device Manager
●Uninstalling and reinstalling Corsair iCue
●Using wired mode but it still occurs
●Switching to a different mouse
●Changing the pointer setting in Windows Mouse Settings to enhanced
●Placing the USB receiver in another USB port.
It's really frustrating. If anyone has suggestions or questions, please let me know.
