Hello, I freshly installed my windows 11 on a new SSD WD black, Reinstalled all my drivers, all my software, everything was running great Until the other day my mouse started to stutter, in game, out of game, doesnt matter its always doing it, when I move my mouse around the cursor stutters (lags) like its skipping every 2-3 seconds in a repeating pattern. Its almost like IN TEMPO. Very weird.
The mouse Im using :
Razer Basilisk Wired V3 Chroma
Things that I've tried already today : Reinstall mouse drivers (Razer synapse, and drivers themselves), Power saving settings fast startup,
Different USB port
Different mouse I plugged in (still did the same thing)
Restart PC
Update my graphics drivers through Geforce Experience
updated windows
Different surface (Its very clearly not the mouse or my mousemat)
Let me know if Im missing anything here
I appreciate the help. I've been around here for a while (lurking) and people on here are actual heroes. Love this place.

It looks like my bios version is currently the latest, according to the MSI center, though it's unclear what to do next. Also, I've updated all my drivers, but I'll proceed with that anyway. Thanks.

So I ran it in safe mode, but it keeps happening right after booting back and even at sign-in. I’m trying to reinstall the GPU drivers, but I’m not sure how to do it properly without causing more issues.

I reinstalled my gpu driver via GeForce Experience. I think DDU is a more detailed method for uninstalling and reinstalling, but I'm not sure what steps to follow.

During the reinstallation, you obtained all the drivers from the official sources.

I saved drivers from geforce, intel for my CPU, msi live update for my MOBO, and the remaining ones I simply allowed windows to install them automatically.

I'm still dealing with this problem. I didn't check the post for a while, and it got forgotten after nothing worked. Thanks for your help, and I hope I'll solve it eventually.
Update: Now I have a 3070ti, but I still experience stuttering a few times a week, lasting a few hours.
