By "stuck" you refer to something immovable? Make sure the cursor isn't frozen but just the whole window. This issue often appears on Windows 10, causing total freezes—cursor won’t move, clock stops advancing, and nothing responds to keyboard input. I only restart when it happens and it seems to resolve. You might try reloading your display drivers using Win + Ctrl + Shift + B
