All connections are secure. Nothing unusual detected. We're working through the issue together and trying to identify where things went wrong.

Among all I’ve noticed, nothing stands out clearly about why it won’t power on except the PSU picture you mentioned—where the 24-pin isn’t connected. It’s possible the power button or switch is faulty; try touching the two pins together with a metal object to see if it restarts it.
