Hi, you connected your PC setup and the RGB lights are working, but pressing the power button doesn’t activate anything. Try checking the power cable connections and ensure the motherboard is properly seated in the case. Also, verify that the power button is functioning by pressing it directly on the motherboard or using a multimeter.

Are the HDMI/DisplayPort connections correctly positioned? You have two of each on the MOBO and one on the GPU. On the image, any of the lights are red? I've highlighted the area with a RED circle.

CPU: 11700K RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2 X 16) M.2 Samsung 980 pro pcie 4.0 GPU 3060 Note: I haven’t installed the GPU yet, but even with it in, nothing happened—fans didn’t start up at all.

additional points to verify include the power cables on the CPU top left of the MOBO and ensure the PINS for your power button, reset switch, and HDD LEDs are correctly aligned on the bottom right.

It might be a misaligned front panel connector or a faulty one. Using a screwdriver with a magnet could allow you to boot the PC without the front panel connectors.
