My board is an ASROCK b560m pro4 with an i5-11400f processor. It won’t power on and there’s no screen or display. The DRAM indicator stays lit. I’ve checked the GPU connection and it doesn’t show anything either. Keyboard lights are off, and I’ve tried swapping RAM, using another stick, and resetting BIOS by removing the cell—still nothing. The motherboard specs match what you provided.
