Video.mov For Tech Experts, I replaced my old PC components with a new NZXT case and an Asrock Z68 Pro motherboard. After assembling the system, everything started working fine until I encountered issues with SATA 2 (3GB/s) and USB 3.0 connectors not functioning. My BIOS was at version 2.20, but the latest beta version offered better features. I upgraded to L.23A and flashed the BIOS. During setup in BIOS, I used Instant Flash to update, which took about two minutes. After completion, a message appeared: "Programming Success... Press any key to Reboot." My PC restarted, but no display appeared on my monitors. The fans were running normally, yet the motherboard indicator light was erratic. I’m concerned because an interrupted BIOS update often requires a new board. My previous motherboard worked before, and after a successful flash, it still functioned properly when updated. Now, with the reboot, no signals reached the system, even though the update completed without interruption. Could anyone advise me on next steps? Thanks for your help. Current setup: Case – NZXT S340 Compact ATX CPU – i7 3770 @3.4GHz Motherboard – Asrock Z68 Pro series Gen 3 RAM – 16GB DDR3 @1600Mhz GPU – MSI GTX 760 2GB SSD – 1x Sandisk 256GB and 1x Kingston 240GB PSU. Begin with simple steps like resetting CMOS using the button or manual method. Swap CPU/RAM to see if it works. Test a single memory stick to rule it out. Use onboard graphics instead of a dedicated GPU. Try other elimination methods before assuming the board is damaged.
