Hey, the USB ports on the back aren’t working because something might be blocking them or interfering. The RGB keyboard seems to trigger a brief light before it fails to connect, which could be a sign of a hardware issue or power problems.

I can't take screenshots directly. However, you can view the device manager interface by opening Device Manager on your computer and checking the USB devices section. If you're having issues with this keyboard, trying different USB ports or cables might help.

I tested two keyboards and the front panel functions properly. However, the back ones don’t work at all—even an old round-end keyboard didn’t help.
