The sound you're hearing near the GPU area comes from your X370 Asus Crosshair VI Hero, not the GPU itself. It might be caused by a fan or other component nearby. To stop it, check the fan settings or consult the manufacturer's guidelines for troubleshooting.

If the shaking is intense enough to be noticeable, it likely means there are bigger issues with your hand. I’d try to locate the general source of the noise and examine the various inductors on the board. If you can hear them moving, you should be able to feel that too.

You might attempt stress testing the parts until the issue disappears (uncommon but has succeeded before), consider swapping out the power supply unit as it can sometimes be responsible, or opt to replace the motherboard either through an RMA process or by purchasing a new one. Coil whine is quite prevalent and usually causes only minor annoyance.
