The motherboard lights up, but the standby power light remains on while turning it on doesn't produce any action.
It began after I installed my PC into a new case and reassembled it quickly in low light. I was confident I followed all the right steps since I've rebuilt my system before. I verified the PSU connections, reinserted it into the case, removed the battery while powering it on, and even replaced the whole unit, but results remained unchanged. Please note I haven't yet taken it out of the case to start building it.
