This has been a really challenging issue I've been working on over the past week. I attempted several fixes, including switching my system to a different case and ensuring proper power connections. The motherboard powers up correctly, USB ports function, and PSU voltage appears normal. However, it won’t activate or start the PSU itself. I’ve double-checked every connection, cleaned everything, reset the UEFI, and even tried a simple multimeter test. My friend and I suspect the problem lies with the motherboard’s ability to power up the connected PSU. After testing alternatives like shorting the headers, nothing worked. I’m still trying to resolve this before considering warranty options, as it seems minor but persistent.
The system runs without RAM, appears to be a Ryzen CPU with a larger IHS, and lacks an integrated GPU. What booting process would work in this setup?

I don’t think it will fully boot, but I’m sure it’s going to fail right now. We were just aiming to get the PSU running so we could start fans and GPUs. I’d be able to tell if it started by hearing the fan when it began up.
It won’t attempt to publish when there’s no RAM. If it does try, the processor is likely to overheat without a cooler.
I'm just trying to get the main points across, hoping it gets posted at least. Right now the PSU isn't running, so testing components for power is the next step. I know the CPU could overheat, but after figuring this out I intend to shut it down right away and bring back the cooler, RAM, GPU, etc.
