I received an update on my issue. The first photo displays the single stuck screw, while the second shows the screw’s underside along with the case. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I fixed my issue by removing the motherboard from the case. After taking off the mobile, the standoff came out easily. I used a screwdriver and pliers to extract the screw and standoff. This problem was resolved. Thanks for your tips! This forum is great. I’ll install my PC on my new case now—see the last photo. Appreciate it!
